Plotzy, Inc. (“Plotzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling data in line with applicable U.S. privacy laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Site or Platform.
2. Scope
This policy applies to enterprise subscribers and authorized users, individual self-service users, and website visitors. It does not apply to third-party applications or data providers integrated with Plotzy.
3. Information We Collect
We collect personal and non-personal information, including account and contact details, login/account metadata, device and IP data, billing/payment details for subscriptions, subscriber-uploaded data, and aggregate usage analytics. We also use cookies and similar technologies for preferences, functionality, site analytics, and advertising. Our advertising technologies include the Reddit Ads pixel, which records Site page views and interest in our pricing pages so that we can measure our campaigns and reach Site visitors with Plotzy ads on other platforms.
4. How We Use Information
We process information to deliver and operate the Platform, manage accounts, improve features, detect/prevent security incidents, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations. We also use Site-visitor information for advertising: we share limited identifiers — such as device, browser, and IP data and the pages viewed on our Site — with advertising partners so that we can measure our campaigns and show Plotzy ads to Site visitors on other platforms. Under California law this is “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out at any time — see Section 11, Your Choices. We do not use subscriber-uploaded Platform data for advertising.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share data with contracted service providers, enterprise administrators (for enterprise-authorized users), legal authorities when required, counterparties in business transactions, advertising partners as described in Section 4, and in aggregated/de-identified form for analytics and improvement.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law, contract, or regulation. Subscriber data retention follows applicable subscriber agreements and data processing terms.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, security testing, backup and recovery mechanisms, and confidentiality obligations for personnel and vendors. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Platform and Site are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. International Data Processing
Plotzy stores and processes data in the United States. Cross-border processing, if any, is handled under applicable agreements and law.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, receive data portability, and opt out of certain communications. Enterprise users should first contact their organization administrator.
11. Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, manage cookies through browser settings, and update enterprise account details through your organization administrator. You can also opt out of advertising and cross-context behavioral advertising using the control below. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out request, so if your browser sends one you do not need to do anything else.
