Parcel lookups count when a search returns results; re-running a cached search is free. Owner contact lookups reset monthly.

Pricing questions
No. The 7-day trial is full access with no card on file. When it ends, pick Starter or Production to keep going, or let it lapse and nothing is charged.
Starter and Production are single-seat plans billed monthly. Scale covers multiple seats with team permissions and is quoted for your team size and volume.
Zoning AI question-and-answer is included with Production and Scale while it is in beta. Every plan shows the zoning category on each parcel; Production adds sub-level designation filters and the zoning map layer.
Reonomy publishes plans from $500 a month, or $400 a month billed annually. LightBox Vision (formerly LandVision) is quote-based. Plotzy's Starter plan is $180 a month with no annual commitment, and it includes zoning data and owner contact lookups that those tools charge extra for or do not offer.
Plotzy includes a 7-day free trial with full access, and no credit card is required to sign up. When the trial ends, pick the plan you want to continue on (you can also choose a plan during the trial if you like).
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
A parcel lookup is counted when you execute a search and the results are returned. Cached results from previous searches are served at zero cost - so revisiting a search you already ran doesn't use any credits.
Yes. Annual pricing is available if you prefer yearly billing.

Cancel anytime from Settings -> Billing in the platform. Your subscription stays active through the end of your billing period. Saved data is preserved in read-only mode after cancellation.
Yes. Site Selection, Zoning AI, and Prospecting workflows are currently covered under the same Site Selection subscription, so your team can use the full platform in one plan.
No, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we keep plans flexible with immediate cancellation and no annual contract lock-ins.
